2005 Final Coin Orders -- Please Confirm All Orders Here!
All,
We're getting close to placing our order. Rob and I have talked about the cost, and to make it simple we've decided on $4.00 per coin plus etching
costs. That's slightly more than the $3.89 per coin Aaron quoted, but we'll need a little extra to cover shipping for those who can't pick them up
themselves, and to cover any unanticipated costs. Anything remaining after costs are paid will be returned to the group via a raffle or as prizes.
I've attached a spreadsheet that shows our understanding of everyone's order, including the final cost. Please confirm your order and final
cost, and reply in this thread by Tuesday, January 4th. Note that some of you have given a range of coins in your orders (e.g. 10 to 20) --
I have always selected the low end of the range, so if you want more you'll need to state so in your confirmation. If you do not have Excel, a free
viewer is available here.
If you have friends who have ordered coins who don't frequent this board, please ask them confirm by the deadline.
Payment instructions will follow shortly, and will include the option of paying by PayPal or by check made out to Rob. PayPal does not accept credit
cards for individual accounts, so you'll need to transfer funds from your checking account (which costs nothing).
Please feel free to poke around the spreadsheet and check for errors -- I want to make sure we have it right before we start collecting money.
Thanks!
Steve
Payment Information:
1/3/05 Update: PayPal payments can no longer be accepted, as Rob has exceeded his account limit for the month.
All payments must now be made by check:
Rob Lytle
3503 W Angelica Dr.
Meridian, Id. 83642
Please remit payment to Rob by Friday, January 7th 2005. I'll keep the spreadsheet updated to reflect who we've received payment from.
Important Info:
1) Please do not pay by Credit Card -- Rob's PayPal account is not set up to receive Credit Card Payments.
2) When you submit payment, please include your username either on the check or in your PayPal message so we can reconcile payment.
3) Payments will be marked as Pending when Rob receives either the check or notification from PayPal that a payment has been submitted. They will be
marked complete when the funds have cleared (typically 2-3 days unless you've already verified your bank account w/ PayPal).
4) Yellow signifies unconfirmed orders, green signifies confirmed and paid orders.

Looks good! Please add etching to mine - "Turtletrax" and add the cost to the total.
Any ideas on shipping? Are you still using the Pony Express down there in southern Idaho?

All,
I've updated the spreadsheet (see first post) with the order changes and confirmations received to date. Order changes and new orders are at the
bottom of the list. Still awaiting confirmations from 32 people.

If you're having trouble downloading the Excel file, try right-clicking the link, then select Save As and save it to your Desktop or My Documents
folder, then double-click it there to launch Excel (or the viewer).
